Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The cloud based PIM solution by Amber allowed us complete flexibility in creating a template that met our very unique needs. We were able to broaden its purpose to also use it as a digital archive for our very heavy images and videos. It was super easy to use - after a tutorial from Amber team we were able to maneuver it immediately. Most of all - we liked the people at Amber. They responded immediately and had patience with us. They always followed up to make sure we were satisfied. Wonderful customer service. The portal is easy to navigate. Exports are quick. Easy to import information. Cons We liked everything - their customer service was outstanding, their pricing fair and the product works exactly as promised. Doesn't have all the features to export some sheets for a couple of my major accounts.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Brings together orders, sales and other important pieces of info and data. Good at launching new marketplaces. Cons Lock in for 2 years. Overage fees on an already expensive system. Customer support is non existent. Reports differ to the actual Marketplace. Too ridged.
