Amazon Pay is a unified payment wallet for paying bills, sending money, shopping and many more. 2. The interface is simple and easy to operate for people even with no technical knowledge. 3. There are multiple rewards, cash backs and, coupons with every successful payment. 4. Amazon Pay can be used as a seamless payment wallet on Amazon and various other shopping websites. 5. There is no convenience fee or service charged on payments, unlike other payment platforms. 1. Amazon provides a unified platform to pay bills, make payment buy items from Amazon. 2. The payment process is seamless and fast. 3. There are cashback on every successful transactions. 4. The customer support is helpful and quick to resolve problems. Fast and reliable payment service is provided by Amazon. It provide us a wallet as well as UPI service which is very common in India. Once KYC is done we can have up to 1 Lakh as Wallet money. It has helped us a lot in the pandemic period as most of the payments gone online and we were totally dependent on online payment methods such as UPI. I am an Amazon power-user and use it to buy pretty much everything from groceries to electronics to furniture. Cons 1. The Amazon pay balance is not transferrable to bank accounts or cannot be converted to UPI balance. 2. There are frequent transaction delays. 1. There are occasional delays in the settlements of the payments. 2. Once money added in the wallet cannot be transferred back into the bank account or be used to buy Amazon gifts cards. 1. The navigation is not easy on the user interface. 2. There is no way to transfer the cashback into the bank account. As I have been using Amazon pay for years now. Seeing offers and cashback, I receive using it; I don't think there is anything that I dislike about Amazon Pay. I will always trust and keep using Amazon Pay as one of the regular users. Nothing much to say here. The app sometimes fails to credit amounts on time but usually turns around in a day or two.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It has all the necessary features which cater for all needs of a person. It has used the best emojis to show a pictorial presentation. I can book tickets for trains, planes, buses, movies and so on. I consider it a safe and fast app for transactions. Also, I can do recharge of all sorts and can pay the bills. 1. It has wallet features, and it also supports UPI transactions. 2. The payments are seamless and fast. 3. It is available on all the platforms. 4. It is accepted by various online platforms, vendors and local shopkeepers. 5. The customer support is helpful and quick to resolve issues. - Paytm is an easy-to-use payment tool with multiple tools that helps in processing any type of online payment. - The payment are quick and secure and in case of any transaction failure the customer support are quick and helpful enough to resolve the user's issue in the least time possible. - The user interface of the application is easy to navigate and displays all the important tool on the home screen itself. - Paytm supports every type of payment, bookings, recharges on the go. - It is widely supported by shops and e-commerce sites. - The transactions are safe and secure. - It is available on both Android and iOS. - Transaction can be done from wallet to wallet or directly from the bank account. - In case of any transaction failure, the amount gets credit back into the account quickly. - Multiple debit and credit cards can be added with a single account. 1. Paytm helps in making almost all types of transactions with just a single application. 2. It is widely accepted as a payment method on almost all the websites, shops, and restaurants. 3. The user interface of the application is detailed, and simple to use. 4. Along with digital payment, it also helps in paying bills, recharges, and booking tickets. 5. It is available on both Android and iOS. Cons They are not providing proper rewards as they have provided before. The cash back system needs more work I think. 1. The amount of failed transaction take long hours to get refunded sometimes. The scratch cards and perks are more when a user creates the account with decreases with time and also the coupon codes useless as they cannot be redeemed without doing any extra shopping with their coupon partners. It is flawless, I haven't found a single con in my usage and in addition with that the customer support is quick in solving user's issues. 1. The payment gets sometimes failed, and the money gets stuck and takes to time for the refund to gets initiated unless the user contact customer support.
