	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Not much. The software does not work as promised. The support is not responsive. Our business has been adversely affected by this software. Cons Product needs to be regularly reconfigured to use with QuickBooks Enterprise. Right now, we use it simply to ship UPS Ground packages. It seems this software is in beta testing and customers like us are helping them troubleshoot. Looking elsewhere.
