Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Cross-device compatibility, ease of use, ability to customize the app to our exact requirements and extremely fast turn around time at all points in the process. TransForm is fast and it is easy to set up new forms. You can build simple data capture screens or really complex ones - including those with hierarchical data. Photos & videos are easily integrated as well as mapping and signature capture. The built-in programming language makes it a powerful tool which can be customised to create "mini-apps". Can be integrated into existing databases and systems. Support is excellent. The system has superior offline performance and capabilities. When you build out the system using this product, you do not have to worry about offline data collection. Without the pain of creating a custom app. The ability to create forms for field data collection in a matter of minutes is remarkable. We also have customers in the same industry collecting essentially the same data, but the flow of the collection process in the field is different for each company. With Alpha TransForm we can customize each form to fit the needs of the customer in a very short time. Adding new data collection fields is quick and easy. Being able to connect to our MS SqlServer database along with numerous 3rd Party software connections has opened the door to improving while customizing client needs. We have tried other options for doing the same thing, but nothing we found compared to Alpha Transform. Fully disconnected, high quality photographs, customizable, and fast made this product a slam dunk for our business. Plus, when coupled with the power of Alpha Software, there is no limit in the power of the system all the while not requiring advanced programming or coding expertise. But if you have that expertise, then you can go as far as your imagination will take you. Customer support is excellent and responsive. Cons Because the software is SO capable/robust, had a hard time knowing exactly how to build the perfect product. Of course the answer is: the first build is never exactly what you want so you work and tweak until it’s perfect. Each change to our app has made it better and more bullet proof - wonderful experience and attentive coders to help with the process. Like all (powerful) tools, there is a learning curve. User interface builder is different from drag/drop. Once you understand that it uses a different system to create the interface, you can develop fairly quickly. Initially we did have some issues with uploading files with a larger number of photographs (>12). The Alpha team worked through this and made adjustments that has been fully proven in the field by our team.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Everything. The timing was fast. The price was fair. The knowledge was great. They helped get the app on the App Store and Google Play. It was a really good experience. I am a happy customer. As a white label partner, it has allowed us to easily clone and resell apps. The software is well made and has allowed us to hire new employees and get them up to speed on the platform quickly. I love using this app to create training plans for my company. Not being a very tech savvy person, this app is very simple to understand and creates top notch quality. Overall the platform is great with many features that are available and can be customized if needed. The design interface is very cool as it allows you to make each app different while not looking like a template much like others out there. My support manager Jordan is great to work with as he made things very easy during my training as there are some learning curves to basically understand everything to this platform. If I have any issues or questions they're answered within a reasonable timeframe. Overall the features are really good and designing apps is pretty easy. I have only used this platform for about 6 month. But, I'm looking forward to reaching out to new industries now that I have my hands on this, and open to building apps for basically anyone in the future. I was thoroughly impressed with the support from BuildFire that I received during our migration of our Mobile Claim App to BuildFire. I had many questions throughout the conversion and they were answered in a timely manner and I always had a follow up email to ensure I was happy with the results and to ask if I had any more questions. It was so nice that Sepopo was my main contact for a good portion of the re-creation of our app and she was aware of the issues I was dealing with without have to reiterate to many support people. Kudos to a job well done and I look forward to working with BuildFire. Cons I don't know it seemed like a really good experience. I don't really have anything bad to say. Sometimes there can be some tickets that may take more time than expected to get fixed. I don't have any cons for this app, everything works smoothly and customer support is some of the best I have experienced. The admin console can be a little confusing with a few glitches here and there. But, like anything once you learn where things are and how things work it gets easier and easier each day, and the glitches get adjusted pretty quickly. The cost is more expensive from what I was paying in the past. But, it's not horrible and offers a lot and is a big upgrade from what I had before. The only thing you will have are additional costs along the way that are necessary in order to use the app platform correctly. You will just need a few third party products to really make this app even better. But, addition fees are expected in order to use this effectively. I would also like to see more loyalty features that are touch-less. Maybe offering QR codes to populate loyalty tabs, rather than punching in a code and having to have others handle your device. It was a huge migration of many companies so it was very confusing in the initial stages and I was unsure if I would continue working with BuildFire. After a few discussions and when the wrinkles were ironed out, I was confident that BuildFire was the company to go with. I'm very happy I made that decision because our app is live and working well even before the deadline which was so important to us.
