Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Through the analysis of the market and the customer information is derived that is used to map out relevant strategic imperatives and build a feasible business model. Aha! has enabled me and other clients to focus on product management and roadmapping that improves productivity in our organization. When I was working at a major Fortune 500 company with cloud offerings as a software engineer, I was assigned to help improve the productivity of one of our product manager teams. One thing they were doing was using Aha! to share our product roadmaps and timelines with potential clients, but since we had so many different types of products under different branding strategies, this meant each client needed multiple Aha! accounts. Fortunately, Aha! had an API which allowed me to automate this account creation process. And the Aha! staff was extremely helpful throughout, assisting me via email to clarify any questions I had. Cons It is fully web-based and can be downloaded for desktop use but not for mobile use. It's been a while now ever since I started using Aha!, and I have never experienced challenges. I can't really speak to how Aha! can be improved for its non-developer users, like the ones who actually make or use the roadmaps since that wasn't my role. But the API did have some rate limiting, or displayed a limited amount of info per page, and you had to request the next page with a different API call if I remember correctly. This is probably standard practice though.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Ravetree is next-level when it comes to an all-in-one project management solution. They have the best table views I've seen with a ton of column options, including financials. Ravetree also has the best time tracking features we've ever used. And, their customer support is really good. They always respond promptly. It has agile project management ability. The user interface is super clean and easy to navigate. Multiple teams can stay and collaboratively work on tasks. Project forecasting and tracking perform excellently. Separate time tracking of every onboard individual. Ravetree is very easy to implement and onboard. The user interface is fantastic. On the positive side, it's powerful, easy to organize tasks, great task planning, and provides high-level project visualizations. Ravetree really helped my coworkers to stay on the same page. It makes a breeze to manage teams and collaboration. The features of project management always help my team to stay on top of it. It unified's our communication. Ravetree assists to enhance work capacity across every remote employee. It offers work class all-round work, projects, tasks, teams, and product management without any restrictions. It's easy to start, with no complexity or difficulty in usage. The spreadsheet project view was the best thing. Cons I wish they had a Salesforce integration. I guess they don't because their platform includes a built-in CRM. Assigning tasks on Ravetree is really painful. Every time I need to manually search and share tasks with members. Customizations on the dashboard are very limited. Reporting and resource managers are not great. A few time, I encountered a problem while activating it's a time tracker
