Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Very simple issuing of new contracts via workflows - saves me time everything I have something to sign. The library view & filtering of document types makes it easy to summarise current contracts. Documents are easily searchable and it's great to see the ISO 27001 certification. Zapier integration is what we previously requested and it's now there. Best in class repository, with versatile workflow functionality. Lets me perform contract admin tasks super quickly and get back to the rest of my day. Really like the ability to search text across multiple documents and quickly review all search results. It's great having a cloud-based system to ensure that we generate up to date contracts. This is very easy to do with just a few mouse clicks. Aerofiler delivers on both functionality and value. We love working with a company that puts a lot of effort into both customer service and product. The search functionality is the best that I’ve ever used, and Aerofiler grows with us as our requirements evolve. It's great working with a company that continually invests in its products. Cons It would be great if Aerofiler had custom theming options. Autosuggest functionality in the search bar would improve things. Previously, the product was missing some features that we wanted but these have since been implemented. The ability to extract more terms using AI would be great but I understand this is scheduled as part of an upcoming release. The team at FileHold walked us through all stages and we were up and functioning within an hour. Cons Font is a little small and it is not adjustable There is not a collapse all for the folders - do not love having to click the - sign when I have 20 folders open Cant identify any cons to address. We had zero issues with the install and so far, no issues in using the tool.
