About

Create cinematic movie titles, intros, and transitions. Remove an object from a clip. Start a fire or make it rain. Animate a logo or character. With After Effects, the industry-standard motion graphics and visual effects software, you can take any idea and make it move. Animate titles, credits, and lower thirds. Start from scratch or with presets available right from the app. From spin to swipe to slide — your text is on the move. Combine videos and images to create anything you can imagine. Choose exciting effects from hundreds of options, remove unwanted objects or people, and create VR videos to drop your audience right into the action. Set anything in motion with keyframes or expressions. Or use presets to kick-off your designs for unique results. Create compositions in Premiere Pro. Use Dynamic Link to eliminate intermediate rendering between applications. Import from Photoshop, Illustrator, Character Animator, Adobe XD, and Animate.

About

Motion Control AI is a browser-based AI video tool for transferring the movement of a reference video to a still image. Users upload a character or subject image and a motion-reference clip; the service analyzes the reference and generates a new video that follows its movement while retaining the appearance of the supplied image. The workflow is designed for creators who want to animate characters, portraits, or other subjects without manually keyframing each motion. It supports reference-video-driven animation, previewing generated results, and exporting finished clips, with output settings that include 720p and 1080p resolution. Motion Control AI is suited to short-form creative experiments, social content, concept visualization, and other projects where a subject needs to perform a captured action. Generation uses credits, and rendered duration and resolution affect credit consumption.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • -After Effects also has a vast array of built-in tools and presets that allow users to create sophisticated animations and graphics with little to no experience. -Additionally, After Effects is widely used by both amateur and professional filmmakers, video editors, and motion graphics artists, making it a very versatile tool.
  • After Effects is a great way to introduce all sorts of high tech effects to video that normally would be rather dull. Its editing capabilities cannot be understated.
  • - Adobe After Effects has some of the best presets and transition available pre-built in it, also further assets can be downloaded from the store. - It makes adding animation to the project a piece of cake. - The layout and the user interface is made such that all the features offered by the tool is listed on the main dashboard or is categorized in way that it is very easy to reach it. - It gets easily integrated with other Adobe software products seamlessly for further operations on the projects.
  • If you want your videos to be modern and professional, After Effects is the simplest way to go. Gone are the days of Windows Movie Maker! After editing in Premiere, AE is perfect for animations and transitions, text and color grading! You can also download tons of pre existing templates to work with which is a huge plus.
  • I've only scratched the surface of what Adobe After Effects is capable of, and it has already blown my mind. Very impressive!

Cons

  • There are many things that I do not like about Adobe After Effects. First and foremost, the program is notoriously slow and crashes frequently. Additionally, the user interface is outdated and difficult to navigate. Finally, the program is expensive and not very versatile.
  • Larger learning difficulty than even most adobe products. It can be cumbersome for those who haven't been trained.
  • - It is an advanced software, is not ideal for beginners who want to edit videos. - There are many features which does not work without an internet connection.
  • After Effects is not beginner friendly, you will definitely need to watch videos and explore Adobe Help to get an understanding before diving in.
  • The only con would be the steep learning curve. But there are plenty of tutorials out there for reference.
