Diagnostic tools are well organized and easy to use. It keeps track of services, and it can even scan uncommon ports and run scripts in response to alarms. Great tool for network monitoring. Whether it's Windows, Linux or network environment or something else, it can monitor complete IT network. There are many monitoring multipack included with it that can be manually added to the nodes that are monitoring or are discovered automatically. AdRem NetCrunch helps us to track and monitor all our devices in our organisation. It provides real time alerts about the defects found. We can monitor devices remotely, during holidays also. NetCrunch provides us benefits to diagnose the problems and improve the efficiency of our IT Infrastructure. It is very proactive software that keep our devices connected to our network and monitor them safely. While we encountered some minor monitoring issues, the support team was highly responsive, providing professional and skilled assistance within the same day.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros My team chose this tool to monitor a complex environment made of more than one hundred of databases allocated on a few SQL Server clustered instances that suffered many problems at the beginning. This tool is based on a SaaS solution in Cloud, so one single AimBetter agent was installed on a third machine to monitor all these instances. Just after a couple of days of Aimbetter monitoring we were in condition to identify and classify hundreds of problems into our databases: syntax errors, security issues, bottlenecks, tempdb overload, deadlocks, etc.; we divided them in groups and forwarded one part to developers, the other to Database Administrators. Solved initial problems, now we are able to monitor in real time our instances and to analyze, troubleshoot and solve emerging problems a few time after an alarm reported by this tool. Cons Into the console you will find two main sections: one is a dashboard useful for monitoring health status with alert and alarms, the other goes deeply into many specific areas of investigation, collecting a lot of parameters and their evolution; a little more attention to a cross drill down between alarms and metrics analysis could help to investigate faster and more clear. The tool is not too obvious to the unfamiliar user. There is nothing I didn't like. The system meets our expectations! Cloud repository retains only one month of performance data. Despite system is pretty easy to use, some UI elements/controls could be improved.
