Pros from Real Users Pros Acuity Scheduling is an easy to use service that provides solutions for calendar and scheduling stuff, it is easy to customize everything to fit the needs of my business and the heavy schedules that each team member has, it can be perfectly customized for every individual and work perfectly for scheduling things as the week becomes busier. The way Acuity works is very intuitive and adjusts to the present, the rising technology and the way things are becoming now more automated and precise, it is helpful to put out our schedule for the week and let customers know availability without needing to reach out privately, and they can schedule the product they want in the available posts of our business schedules, and it will automatically update to the new availability after scheduling anything. This calendar can be fully customized and Acuity allows for the creation of multiple calendars that can be kept private so clients do not see them, and it works amazingly when it comes to sorting out our own individual schedule to figure out the best way to improve our workflow, and choose how we can customize the public calendar in a way that benefits both the customer and the business, providing a nice customer experience. It is an essential tool to have in order to get the most out of the customer experience, it allows us to recollect customer information by having them fill out forms for scheduling and this is an important part because we are able to know the customer better and will know in what ways we can provide a better service for them, it makes things easier for us to get more clients because the scheduling part becomes simple for both parties, it provides a stable service that is intuitive enough for everyone, and it improves communication to make things more customizable for the client. It has everything you need for scheduling. It's easy to set up and it is very convenient for clients to schedule meetings. The design is great and the quick support service is priceless. Acuity Scheduling is the perfect tool for every business owner!		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Very clever system but also easy to use and user friendly. Allowed me to customise in order to be better suited for client communications Once it's set up, very easy to use. LOVE that it synch with my calendar and has the option to add payment - haven't used that yet, but probably will in the future. Session reminder email are excellent too. Easy to use, I love the ease to migrate it into my website and it's built in integration with Zoom. Reminding my clients of upcoming appointments has saved me so much time and $. All the features that SMBs need. Continued developement & support Cons Would be great if recurring clients could use the same zoom call ID as initially set up on their first booking. I just had a few clients who were a bit overwhelmed with a new zoom call link for each booking. The design doesn't seem very aesthetically pleasing for me.. lol! Minor point. Cons: None so far. It does everything we need it to do and more. Wish I could book a class and add clients to it that goes for 6 weeks with automatic reminders for all clients in it. You can do this with individual sessions but not group sessions. Nothing. There is nothing that I don't like about it.
