		Pros from Real Users Pros This has helped with training and retention of patients. Texting is amazing, reports are amazing and super important. The ability to record and monitor an employee's calls efficiently, and the ability to make calls with little-to-no technical issues. In addition, there are a multitude of features that allow you to run reports and pull calls on a specific criteria. Great integration with Google and other platforms. The chat widget is also great for our websites! Our team members wouldn't need to log in to different platforms to get the work done. It's such a benefit to our company to use call tracking metrics to track our client's calls because it helps us determine what marketing services are producing results and what needs improvement. CallTrackingMetrics provides power to our call centre. Automates the call flow. Our service, marketing and sales team use this software to manage their communications. Easily integrates with Salesforce, Google Ads, Zendesk, Facebook and many more. Marketing tool kit is awesome.
