Real-time visibility into endpoints with detailed inventory and reporting. Patch management is automated and highly customizable. Remote access and script execution make troubleshooting effortless. Intuitive dashboard with an easy-to-navigate interface. Strong security compliance features (audit logs, alerting, RBAC). Excellent scalability for growing organizations. The ease of deployment, and the ability to have different endpoint groups really makes administration so much easier. Simple visibility of missing patches and vulnerabilities that need addressing Grouped into categories nicely with a "SLA" to prioritise The ability to deploy scripts remotely very easily Free plan 200 endpoints Very fast deployment (≈1 minute per device) Intuitive and centralized interface with customizable reports Strong automation: scripts, data collection, update rings Scalable and fast patch management, great WSUS replacement Clear roadmap and frequent improvements Easy to setup and get working. The critical vulnerabilities webinars are very helpful and give great insight into what needs to be patched etc. Cons Requires stable internet connectivity for optimal performance. Some advanced features may take time to configure for first-time users. Limited offline functionality compared to traditional on-prem tools. I cant fault the platform for anything. the ease of use is simply superb! The only real con was at initial signup - finding documentation to get started wasn't the most obvious. Saying that the software was simple enough to just dive in Remote access is basic (no file transfer, chat, or reliable multi-monitor support) Requires manual effort for custom software packaging/updates Occasional issues with vendor driver detection Pricing increases steeply beyond 200 endpoints due to support requirements Some limitations exist, but can often be mitigated with workarounds or external tools Great product so far, not noticed anything that can be marked as a con.
