Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I like the ability to share content with clients without them having full access to our account; the search and filter tools are really helpful. We love the ability to customize sharing pages; it's very easy to share specific photos with people using links. I like the ease with which we can adapt a feature to our changing workflows, and the excellent accessibility to our digital resources. I love its ease of use and the quick response from the support team. I can easily update files, and my team can easily find them. I loved having a dedicated implementation person and now a dedicated account manager. This role has been a huge help when I need quick access to resources. Customer service is excellent, and they respond quickly when I have a question. Its good because it makes life easier to keep you assets organized. I like that the portal is intuitive and works well for our needs. I love being able to put the same resources into multiple folders, the search tools and filters are also very useful. I like the amount of data that can be captured and that elements can be easily customized for my area of business. The facial recognition feature is a game changer. Cons There are plenty of training resources and onboarding help, and we haven't encountered any issues. Some upload processes can be slow for large batches of files, I wish I could group assets into the same sizes instead of having to upload them as separate assets. It would be helpful to have a way to organize them so they are easier to find as the number of links in the lists increases, I'd like to share it in the hopes of improving this feature. The admin panel is fine but it would be great to change the way assets are divided. I wish there was an easier way to move and drag files between them. Sometimes the files seem to be buried too deep, but that could be a user issue.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Feels like an indie-made Dropbox adopted for actually sharing your photos & videos. I particularly enjoyed the portfolio auto-creation feature. The UI is basic but decent, but the best part it can be totally customized and integrated with your existing portfolio. A couple of things worth mentioning: - copyright info automatically embedded for your work (for people to see and bots to be warned). - you can select a license that would be automatically assigned to your works when they are published - so-called Universal Links to share and collect analytics. - and yes, ultimately built-in analytics with UTM code support. Cons The UI is not particularly polished it seems which is okay, given it's a beta. I thought my changes in a title weren't saved, but it turns out they were :D
