Routine tasks like journal creation, reconciliation, and financial reporting are now handled automatically, which saves us a significant amount of time and cuts down on manual mistakes. The built-in WhatsApp integration is also incredibly helpful: important updates, reminders, and notifications reach our team instantly, even when we’re not logged in. On top of that, Hashy AI has been a valuable addition. It breaks down financial trends, highlights areas we should monitor, and guides us with data-backed suggestions, which has been very useful for shaping budgets, projecting cash flow, and planning ahead. HashMicro’s ERP for Mining is a cloud-based solution that helps mining companies manage large-scale, complex operations without the need for heavy IT infrastructure. Being cloud-based means it can be accessed anytime, anywhere, perfect for mining sites located in remote areas. Before HashMicro, keeping up with all those moving parts was honestly exhausting. Now, everything connects smoothly. Once a purchase request is approved by procurement, it flows straight into our accounting system, and we can track every payment in real time. I especially love how HashMicro lets us break down reports by department so we can see exactly where our budget goes each month without juggling five different spreadsheets. With the support of Hashy AI, repetitive tasks such as attendance tracking, grading, and fee reminders can be automated, allowing staff and teachers to focus more on education quality. Cons Up to this point, we haven’t encountered any major issues. We’re still adjusting parts of the system to better align with our internal processes, but those refinements are minor and haven’t interfered with day-to-day operations. Because it covers such a wide scope of mining operations and relies on cloud access, companies may need strong internet connectivity and initial training to maximize all its features. Because the platform includes a broad range of features and automation tools, it can feel complex at first, and some training may be required to fully unlock its capabilities. It did take us a couple of weeks to get everyone, especially non-finance folks, comfortable with the approval flow. But HashMicro’s support team was super responsive, and after some quick training sessions, everyone started loving how much easier things got. Because of its broad coverage and advanced AI features, onboarding may require time and training for schools moving away from manual or basic systems.
