Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros - The GUI that shows the entire summary of all the users and their permissions is an excellent way to make the administrator's life easier. - Automated reports functionality is very useful, especially in large companies. Cons - The training and webinars could use more content so that people are aware of even the most corner case features of the tool.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Customer Specific user Access for a Subscription model to be implemented at our organization. We needed a solution for customer handling and their subscriptions. Front egg helped to solve this by providing a Low code platform. The integration and maintenance of their products are effortless and elegant. User management issues are getting solved for our multi-tenant architecture. I really like the ease of integration of the Angular Frontegg library with our platform. As well, Frontegg supports workspaces, so we can use user management in a multi-tenant environment. The customer support team is very helpful and available, which allows us to have a good experience using the Frontegg app. - The biggest pro is Frontegg's built-in support of Multi-tenancy - Intuitive and modern UX/UI - Awesome Support Team - Lots of out-of-the-box widgets - Multiple environments that are easy to navigate Simple Admin box. In-App admin box access. Easy integration. Hooks that cover all the scenarios. Great support. Cons Customer relations can be improved. Customizations have to be increased like more environments. Customization for each client needs to be improved. Webhooks in Frontegg could be more customizable and provide more user data. - API documentation can be improved - Might not fit all business models Not having 100% control over HTML templates for login/signup screens.
