Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros - The GUI that shows the entire summary of all the users and their permissions is an excellent way to make the administrator's life easier. - Automated reports functionality is very useful, especially in large companies. Cons - The training and webinars could use more content so that people are aware of even the most corner case features of the tool.
