Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy to use, customize reporting for the organization and having options is using other features like AI to meet the our organization needs. Absorb LMS also provides detailed reporting on course progress and performance, making it easy to track compliance and identify areas that require more attention. In addition, gamification and mobile learning features increase employee engagement, ensuring that training is interactive and effective. It is easy to use. Upload courses quickly. Nice interface. Build classes quickly with authoring software. Creating ad-hoc reports is very easy. Setting up enrollment rules is very easy. My Client Success Manager is extremely knowledgeable and a tremendous resource. The ease of use. So, user friendly and the constant updates and improvements. Then the training sessions when the updates are wonderful. The Absorb academy is great as well. Cons Unable to delete courses without deleting user transcript history. One of the limitations I would like to address is the user interface, which at times can be a bit overwhelming and not as intuitive for some users. Better functionality for e-commerce. Wished it had capability to better design forms, templates. Cost for maintaining inactive users. Limited number of courses/curriculum to be selected in Activity Reports. Limited notifications for past due vs rehire instances. Everything is an add on. Wish there were packages however the customer support to create our package has been excellent.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We started working with Storyals during our initial rollout of Microsoft 365, particularly Teams, and we couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. The team of professionals at Storyals truly sets them apart. Their expertise and willingness to engage in discussions about any aspect of the rollout were invaluable to us. We see many organizations still unable to use Teams to its full potential, and we credit Storyals for getting us on the right track right from the start. As with any CBT, we may not always fully agree on what product or feature is being encouraged. One of the standout benefits is the ability to have open conversations with the Storyals team about the content of their training modules. Being able to discuss this with them to get their opinion, or in some cases seeing minor changes in future revisions of their training module, is exceptional service. I liked the easy to follow narration and instruction disguised as storytelling. This was very helpful and we started to use Storyals at the beginning of Covid when we were hiring new staff we'd never met. This is a fabulous tool if you are fully remote or are considering it. You can make sure everyone has the same starting point and a level playing field. Engaging Storytelling Approach: Storyals sets itself apart by using storytelling to make learning more relatable and engaging. This makes complex Microsoft 365 tools like Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive easier to understand and adopt. Role-Based Content: The platform offers tailored learning experiences based on specific roles, which ensures that employees receive relevant, actionable knowledge that fits their day-to-day tasks. Improved Productivity and Collaboration: By promoting effective use of Microsoft 365 tools, Storyals helped our organization streamline communication, enhance collaboration, and improve overall productivity. Continuous Learning: With a variety of content designed to fit different learning styles, employees can continue improving their skills at their own pace. Cons As with every Computer Based Training, we may not always fully agree with what product or feature is being encouraged in a given video (ex: password policies), but being able to discuss this with them directly is extraordinary. I've exchanged emails with Ms Hedlund directly about certain topics which is real proof of a company that cares, given we are likely one of their smallest customers. Storyals have managed to convert this natural Con into a Pro Needed some more advanced discussion. Would have loved power user level tutorials on all of Microsoft's products. The learning curve after the implementation of Learn 365 into Storyals. But the benefits provided by adding this service make it worth the time. So is it really a con?
