Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy to use, customize reporting for the organization and having options is using other features like AI to meet the our organization needs. Absorb LMS also provides detailed reporting on course progress and performance, making it easy to track compliance and identify areas that require more attention. In addition, gamification and mobile learning features increase employee engagement, ensuring that training is interactive and effective. It is easy to use. Upload courses quickly. Nice interface. Build classes quickly with authoring software. Creating ad-hoc reports is very easy. Setting up enrollment rules is very easy. My Client Success Manager is extremely knowledgeable and a tremendous resource. The ease of use. So, user friendly and the constant updates and improvements. Then the training sessions when the updates are wonderful. The Absorb academy is great as well. Cons Unable to delete courses without deleting user transcript history. One of the limitations I would like to address is the user interface, which at times can be a bit overwhelming and not as intuitive for some users. Better functionality for e-commerce. Wished it had capability to better design forms, templates. Cost for maintaining inactive users. Limited number of courses/curriculum to be selected in Activity Reports. Limited notifications for past due vs rehire instances. Everything is an add on. Wish there were packages however the customer support to create our package has been excellent.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Variety of features, real-time assessments, wide public sets of questions to be used to enrich new ones. Gamification and Khan Academy integrated. It great for all students with different needs and ways to learn. Excellent help for teachers. I spend 10% on grading of the time I used to. Good for testing and practicing and just giving students independent work. You see immediately if they work or not. - easy to use - huge variety of tech-enabled question types - library of standardized questions - collaboration games - saves a huge amount of teacher’s time, as gives immediate feedback - helps quickly see the student’s/class level of understanding - works good both in class and as a homework Cons I suggest the toolbox for changing text, adding symbols, equations, color, size of texts, etc should be friendlier. This toolbox should appear in all sets of questions. There should be more games in the Collaborative section. In each game, it should appear the teams in which the students are being divided into. There should be a section for immediate feedback to be sent to parents, for them to see the final progress of their sons. There's none. Just waiting for some other features. Some kids (younger ones) may say that it’s not entertaining enough, however using challenges is quite interesting for all
