Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Feature rich, targeted at smaller practices with a focus on interior design. Outright purchase option. Very easy and simple to use. The software takes features from various well-liked CAD software and combines it into a single flexible but easy to use package. Cons Nothing works properly, commands don't function as intended. Parts of model disappear for no reason at any time they like. Models corrupt easily - the accepted fix for this is to delete and start again. Not that I ever managed to complete a project in order to use it, but the sheet layout system is rudimentary. Distributors charge for support as an add on option. It could still be improved for larger more bulky projects. The software is great for small-medium projects but still needs to work on better overall cohesion in documentation. However, this doesn't hinder it's performance.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Was once a reliable platform with the money. The current product is not worth the money and is hardly different from the version from nearly 10 years ago I like that I can not only build walls and make a floor plan but that I can put furniture in to see how well the room will flow. Cons I was a long time and user having versions 789 and 12 on different machines in my shop. I obtained a new computer this spring and decided add the current Pro version. What I found was software that had minimally changed since version 12. I had also purchased a tutorial guide to go with it which turned out to be for an old version of Shark. When I inquired about their money back guarantee they said it was only for software that had been opened. I don't know how one is supposed to evaluate the quality of software without opening. After my email exchange with them they actually Updated Their return policy on their website to reflect this. I do feel that I was cheated because I believed that the 30 day money back guarantee was real. The only thing I wish was better were the controls and the availability of interior design options.
