	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Quick and easy to use; makes processing insurance claims & payments a breeze. It has drastically cut down on my time spent submitting claims for processing and also time spent posting insurance payments. Everything in one place. great dashboard and reports. customer support has been great and really responsive. Cons Software has a tendency to logout right when you're in the middle of using it I wish menu on the LH side wouldn't open so easily; I am constantly searching clients names and that opens blocking my view of what I typed/can select Don't love having to pay for a student account as they can't practice on their own.
