		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The software is very user friendly and easy to edit if changes need to be made to a shift. Downloading custom ranges is very handy. Very easy to use to record and track my employees hours and make edits when needed. It's intuitive and easy to add and remove employees. Perfect for my small business. Easy to use. It doesn't take me much time to adjust times, approve requests. And see how much time specific jobs take. Easy employee tracking and summary reports. Also allows employee edits that must be approved by a manager. - The greatest pro would be the user-friendliness of their apps. Even un-educated and old workers can easily have it up and running within minutes. Cons The initial set up to get a new employee added to the software can be a little difficult at times. Employees must have a smart phone which isn't always the case for minimum wage workers in part-time roles I have not found anything that I do not like as of yet. I was using the free version which allows only three employees. - Occasionally it misses some clock-in updates and syncs later. No major cons though
