Pros from Real Users Pros Very user friendly and convenient. If there has ever been an issue, the support team is right on top of it and let you know about any issues. I am technologically impaired and this is great software for clients to use to make direct payments. I have been very satisfied with this program and would recommend it without hesitation. We had another program previously - it was great, but it also had a lot of features that were not needed in our small practice. Love that the payments are deposited into bank account quickly. LawPay is easy to use. Very happy with this product. Great service and excellent platform. I have used them for many years and have never had an issue. Fast deposits! So easy to provide the QR code or link to customers, easy to issue refunds & void incorrect payments. Reports are so helpful! Make reconciling my accounts much easier! I cannot say enough how relieved I was when we implemented LawPay, and that it's remained as helpful as was touted to us! 10/10! Easy to use, I've never had any issues, love the option to create schedules, refund clients, recharge clients - Ability to run auto payments for recurring invoices - Change to funds being deposited in the bank next day - Reporting User friendly. Easy and secure way for clients to run their own payments without having to waste the time of our staff. Allows our client's several payment methods. Very easy to track transactions. I really like the ease and convenience of using Law Pay. Not only is it easy for me to use but it allows my accountant to records payments without having to call me when there are multiple payments posted in the bank statement.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The layout makes it easy to access all the tools I need to get my work done. It's quick and manageable. We have had a very positive experience using Cerenade in our immigration practice. One of the aspects that stands out most is how easy the platform is to navigate. The system is well organized, and the case structure makes it simple to locate client information, documents, and case notes quickly. For a busy immigration office handling multiple case types such as Adjustment of Status, Consular Processing, and U Visa cases, having a platform where everything is centralized and clearly structured is extremely valuable. The interface is intuitive, allowing our legal assistants and support staff to learn the workflow without a long training period. Features such as case timelines, document storage, and internal notes are easy to access, which helps our team maintain efficiency and accuracy when working on client files. I like that the system is very simple easy to navigate and very straightforward. eIMMIGRATION is a very useful system for immigration practices with lots of features and customization to fit our needs. The support staff is incredibly helpful and always quick to reply with solutions or brainstorm processes. When there are issues with the software they are great about addressing them. Very efficient. Service has been very reliable. I loved it. Whenever I had any issue, the customer service was ready to help. Very helpful, friendly, and professional. Cons I don't like that only one user can access an account at one time. enhancements to automation and AI tools could make document assembly, case tracking, and reporting even more efficient for firms managing large case volumes. I haven't come across any cons since the system is very reliable. Depending on the type of cases, eIMMIGRATION can be inconsistent in how much software is built out in the form mapping and reports. Though they are quick to provide workarounds, it would be helpful in the long term if there was more support for CA state forms and an easier custom form mapping interface. Few brackets are non-responsive out has glitches. State or zip code wouldn’t pop up although they are filled up in clients’ profile, especially on G-28. There are few other spots where such issues are there. If Cerenade uses all the forms to test time by time, that could be very helpful to detect and improve the system.
