Pros from Real Users Pros The ease of sending QUICK BILLS to clients make the use worth it! The fact that clients will pay their Bills much faster with a credit card helps my bottom line. Ease of use; ability to send links, invoices, and quick bills. I like that the customer service is really helpful. Deadline management: Court-ordered mediation deadlines, document due dates, payment deadlines, conference dates, and follow-ups can be tracked rather than managed from memory or scattered emails. Document control: Orders of referral, agreements to mediate, fee documents, mediation summaries, correspondence, reports, and administrative records can remain associated with the correct matter. Contact management: Plaintiff counsel, defense counsel, assistants, parties, adjusters, corporate representatives, and other participants can be associated with the case. Billing infrastructure: Your mediation charges, invoices, payments, and outstanding balances can be tracked alongside the matter rather than through a separate manual process. The card vault is a lifesaver for our firm. We have the ability to run recurring payments without manually reinputting card information. The reports feature is easy to use and helps track our various accounts. Easy to use; new features added over time, good customer service; affordable. I've been using this platform for several years now. I love using 8am MyCase because it keeps my work organized and helps me clearly see what I need to do next. I especially like being able to incorporate and manage documents within the system. It makes completing my work quicker, easier, and more convenient. The time-tracking feature is also very helpful because it allows us to maintain a precise and accurate log of the time spent working on matters. We are a very busy law firm and LawPay makes receiving payments so convenient and fast. And it's convenient and fast for the client as well, so a win-win. We never have any issues with the program, and it is so easy to do a refund if needed, to download reports, and find old transactions via the "history" section. It is a well created program. I like that you can track payments from clients and the options it gives for clients to pay. I also use Law Pay Pro, so I can keep track of my time and send bills to clients for even faster payment. I also like that they have options for trust and operating accounts, so you can keep everything separate. As an accounting firm, we place a high value on reliability, security, ease of use, and professionalism when it comes to collecting payments from clients. CPACharge has proven to be a valuable payment-processing solution for our firm, particularly because it allows us to accept both credit card and electronic check (eCheck/ACH) payments in a manner that is convenient for our clients and efficient for our staff. From a client-service standpoint, convenience matters. Accounting clients are often busy business owners and professionals, and they appreciate being able to make a payment quickly rather than having to mail a physical check or coordinate payment over the phone. CPACharge provides a more modern payment experience that fits well with the way clients expect to interact with professional-service businesses today. Making the payment process straightforward also helps eliminate unnecessary back-and-forth between our staff and clients. The easier it is for a client to pay an invoice, the easier it is for our firm to keep accounts receivable moving. Ease of use compared to other systems, and it is reliable. I've never had any issues. The system does not go down or glitch, which is incredibly important.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros CASEpeer revolutionized my solo practice. I went from struggling to manage 12 cases to easily managing over 120. Without it, I cannot work at the capacity I do. For two-years I have been voted as Berkeley County's Best Attorney. My secret to achieving this high-level of work is simple: CASEpeer. I am a long-time practicing trial lawyer. I am very experienced with and used both Lexis and Westlaw for my legal research. Then I learned of casePeer. I do not exaggerate when I say that comparing how I researched before and now reminds me of the increased power I felt going from books spread across the table to the benefit of computed research. Using casePeer AI research makes my research exponentially more potent than my colleagues' without casePeer using the tools of the "dark ages." A bonus, casePeer is one of the most accessible, friendly, and supportive companies you will find. A delight all around! CasePEER is a one-stop shop for all things Personal Injury. Statute of Limitations never get missed. The client photos are a great resource plus we love the texting functionality too. Tracking case COSTS is so easy, we even track funding sources there. I love that you can send any email to your CASEPeer notes. You can text a client via the website. For Personal Injury, the Medical Treatment tab is a great tool showing you the total meds to date and also itemized by provider. The Insurance sections allow for you to put multiple adjusters with their assigned roles and add counsel for defendants. There is also a custom tab so you can add any items missing for your personal intake/records. The settlement tab is super useful for keeping track of demands and offers and seeing how payment providers and running costs can change the net settlement for the client. It's also really nice that there are SEPERATE TABS for health insurance liens, attorney liens, AND miscellaneous liens. Updating the lien tabs will reflect upon the settlement tab. If you keep CASEpeer up to date as soon as you get new data, the program will be MORE efficient for you down the road, especially when it comes time to demand writing, litigation, and settlement. There are many other similar features within CASEpeer that are also helpful, but these are my favorite! The ease of use and the ability to get up fairly quickly has been great for us as a small firm. The ability to incorporate texts and emails in the notes is also a real plus. Cons I am on the road and out of the office often. I wish there was a mobile app for quick and easy lookup. I must say, to date, I have not had a bad experience. Navigating and using the functionality of some of the sections is not as easy as we thought it would be - but we are learning and once you know, YOU KNOW. I wish there was an easier way to pull up contacts, and I wish there was a way to track all communications with that contact. instead, you'll have to go to any case for that contact and search through notes by keyword. If you have any updates on tasks, you have the update the task description, rather than being able to make multiple notes within a task. I would like for the ability to print many of the lists in Word. I would also like the opportunity to customize many of the drop down menus like expert specialty. I am also not crazy about "linked" cases. I would prefer to have everyone captured in one section.
