Pros from Real Users Pros About the only thing I can say is the quick response from 6Storage on receiving my ticket from 6/24/2026 The transition into 6storage V3 was close to flawless with glitch resolved immediately. Pleased me to see how easy. I have been in the "mobile" storage business for 20+ years, this is my first time working in self-storage. Needless to say, I am new at working with 6 Storage and have made quite a few mistakes primarily with billing. Every time I call support, I am in a panic! The reps are always so friendly and solve the issue quickly. I really appreciate all the help they have given me. Terry (Bradley Park Storage) I was able to make the refund for our client fast and easy, and they replied back that they already received their refund. Deric was receptive, quick, and thorough. He got my problem sorted out remotely and then gave me the help I needed to take care of it my self should a similar problem come up in the future. Affordable software with great features. Customer service is always present with good knowledge and expertise.		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It might be great if they could send emails to Gmail. Really you can't say anything good about a product that renders itself useless by not being able to communicate with the majority of our customers. Cons This software is not able to send emails to anyone with a Gmail account rendering it completely useless.
