    Pros: Simple and user friendly interface.
    Just in time helpdesk.
    Possibility to place development ideas.
    Logical processes.
    Contains almost all functions needed.
    Continuous improvements.

    Cons: Clean and white design, I am a fan of colours but that is a personal issue.

    Overall: Simple and user friendly interface which allows very fast and logical learning by doing.
    They offer a just in time helpdesk and also the possibility place ideas for further developments - in general they do continuous improvements.
    It is very satisfying to work with this system.
