Pros from Real Users Pros About the only thing I can say is the quick response from 6Storage on receiving my ticket from 6/24/2026 The transition into 6storage V3 was close to flawless with glitch resolved immediately. Pleased me to see how easy. I have been in the "mobile" storage business for 20+ years, this is my first time working in self-storage. Needless to say, I am new at working with 6 Storage and have made quite a few mistakes primarily with billing. Every time I call support, I am in a panic! The reps are always so friendly and solve the issue quickly. I really appreciate all the help they have given me. Terry (Bradley Park Storage) I was able to make the refund for our client fast and easy, and they replied back that they already received their refund. Deric was receptive, quick, and thorough. He got my problem sorted out remotely and then gave me the help I needed to take care of it my self should a similar problem come up in the future. He was patient, polite, and answered all of my questions clearly and easily. Thank you Deric!
