About

2sync is a cloud sync platform that keeps records consistent across the tools a team already runs. It connects Notion databases with Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, Todoist, Google Tasks, Google Contacts, Outlook Contacts, Gmail and Outlook Mail. Calendars, tasks and contacts sync in both directions: create or edit a record in either system, and the change appears in the other within minutes. Gmail and Outlook Mail sync one way into Notion, turning business correspondence into a searchable database. Every field is mapped individually and set to sync both ways, only into Notion, or only out to the connected app. Filters control scope by calendar, priority, label, status, or any Notion property. Relation databases are supported, so attendees link to a contacts database and tasks link to projects. Teams share a connection so members sync their own calendars into one shared Notion database. Sync runs as often as every 2 minutes. Previously known as Notion Automations.

About

Most businesses have plenty of software and data - it just doesn't work together. Off-the-shelf tools don't fit. Custom development is slow. AI projects fail because the data underneath isn't ready. Rayven connects IT, OT, IoT, files, APIs, and any other system into an AI data fabric - then lets you build custom apps, AI agents, automations, and dashboards on top. Works with what you already have. What gets built: custom apps, AI agents, predictive analytics, workflow automations, dashboards, and portals - all configured specifically for your business. Serves businesses from growth-stage to enterprise across 24+ industries globally. Delivery: DIY, Done-For-You (fixed scope, fixed price, two to 12 weeks) + Hybrid. More than 600 pre-built connectors. Ten native AI capabilities. More than 240 deployments live. Rated 5/5 across 140+ reviews.

Pricing

$7/month billed annually
Three plans. All of them include every integration, field mapping, filters, activity logs and the bulk editing tools; what changes is how many automations you run, how often they sync, how far back and forward the time window reaches, and the synced-item cap.

Solo: $9/month billed monthly, or $7/month billed annually. 1 active automation, 5-minute sync, 6-month time window, up to 3,000 synced items.

Premium: $24/month billed monthly, or $14/month billed annually. 3 active automations, 3-minute sync, 1-year time window, unlimited synced items.

Pro: $69/month billed monthly, or $49/month billed annually. 10 active automations, 2-minute sync, 2-year time window, unlimited synced items.

European customers are billed in euros at the same figures: €9/€7 Solo, €24/€14 Premium, €69/€49 Pro.

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. A credit card is required to start the trial. There is no free version: a subscription after the trial is what keeps the automations running.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • I like that I am able to view all my keyword rankings and content ideas side by side. This saves me from jumping between tabs. The calendar helps me to plan our blog posts around product launches. The competitor reports are very simple to pull before meetings.
  • Rayven continues to impress in 2026 with its seamless real-time data unification from loT devices, legacy systems, and cloud sources, allowing us to gain instant insights without any rip-and-replace headaches. The platform's drag-and-drop tools combined with AI prompts make building custom apps, automations, and workflows incredibly fast, even for teams mixing developers and non technical ops folks. We love how it handles predictive analytics and non-technical ops folks. We love how it handles predictive analytics and anomaly detection natively, which has helped cut downtime ad optimize processes across multiple sites. Pricing stays transparent and starts free, scaling affordably as we add more use cases, and the responsive support team gets us up and running quicker than expected with helpful templates and onboarding.
  • Rayven stands out because it seamlessly connects legacy systems with modern loT and cloud services without requiring a complete overhaul, which saves a lot of time and avoids unnecessary tech debt. The platform is incredibly flexible, offering drag-and-drop tools along with AI prompts for quicks setups, while still allowing full custom code when more advanced control is needed. Real-time data unification and improved operational efficiency in or setup. Pricing remains transparent and affordable, starting completely free and only scaling with actual, and the built-in security, hosting, and support make everything fell reliable from the start.
  • Rayven makes it easy to organize and manage data from multiple source in one place. The automation features help reduce manual work and save time. I also like the clean interface and how flexible the workflows are.
  • The drag-and-drop builder with AI prompt support and full code access makes building complex real-time apps and automations incredibly fast for both beginners and experienced developers. Seamless connectivity to virtually and data source-including loT devices, legacy systems, industrial protocols, databases, and APIs create unified real-time data flows without custom coding headaches. Built-in machines learning and AI tools enables easy predictive analytics and anomaly detection, delivering proactive insights that have optimized our operations significantly. Robust security features like end-to-end encryption and granular access controls ensures compliance in sensitive industrial environments. Excellent scalability handles massive data volumes reliably, and the responsive support team provides quick, expert guidance.

Cons

  • It takes a little time to learn where everything is. The dashboard sometimes feels a bit busy. I wish the search feature was a little faster when I'm checking lots of keywords at once.
  • The advanced features and depth of integrations can feel a bit overwhelming at first for complete newcomers to low-code platforms, requiring some time to explore the full potential. A few more in-app guided tutorials for specific industrials for specific industrial setup would make the initial learning even smoother, though the docs and community resources are solid once you get going.
  • There is a slight learning curve when diving into the more advanced customization options, especially if you're completely new to low-code platforms, though the excellent documentation and templates make it manageable after a short time. Some very specific industry compliance templates could be expected further to make initial setup even faster in regulated environments.
  • No major issues so far. However, more built in templates and step by step tutorials would help new users get started faster
  • The extensive range of advanced features can involve a short learning curve for users new to low-code or loT platforms, though abundant templates and documentation help speed this up. Subscription-based pricing scales with usage, which is fair but may seem higher initially for small-scale testing compared to basic free tools.
