The platform is open source, making it possible to study and modify the software's source code to adapt it to the needs and tastes of the users who use its functions. Its multi-currency system adopts the vast majority of payment gateways and allows to manage financial operations such as purchases, sales and collections in different currencies for accessibility and extension of products to different parts of the world. It also offers a multi-language system which integrates more than 75 different languages for the convenience of use, use and reach of users who do not know English. Cons It is required to go to web developers to learn how to use its functions since it is open source and they do not offer tutoring or guidance for its use. While it is true that PrestaShop is free and offers templates to customize virtual stores, the reality is that the integrated templates are extremely simple and if you want to purchase a more colorful one you must pay a somewhat high fee for an application that is constituted for being free. The platform becomes slow and unstable at times which even generates the loss of information, does not work if you want to restore and tends to block the business management.
