10 June 2025 Marcus Dean Adams (gerowen@pm.me) - Successful Windows downloads will now open the download directory upon completion. This is because the user home environment variable may not be the same as what is mapped to user "libraries" such as the desktop folder because of things like OneDrive that re-map what you see on your desktop without updating the associated environment variables. This way if the user is using OneDrive and the video isn't visible on their desktop, they don't have to go manually looking for it. - Updated easygui import error message to be more accurate. - Added message telling people to install ffmpeg on their own if it isn't detected. - Further reduced the number of dialogs; combining the "audioonly" and "final" windows. This reduces the number of clicks required from beginning to end. - Some minor cleanup of the message surrounding the colorama check. Reduces some repetitive walls of text. - Updated README to remove mention of Windows installer and the old youtube-dl project. Updated some licensing information regarding component projects. - Updated yt-dlp to 2025.06.09
