WTXMLFIX -------- There is a deficiency in the way that WillowTree# 2.2.1.102 and earlier revisions handle the import of weapons or items from XML files that results in all items with the same name ending up with the same parts after they are imported. This tool is designed to modify the XML file so that none of the names are identical and it can be properly reimported with Actions->Import All From XML in the weapon or item panel.
