VoxReader is a free, lightweight Windows tool. paste any text and VoxReader reads it out loud with the built-in Windows voices, and it can save the narration to a WAV file for later.

No watermark, no time limit, no account and no ads. It is small, it starts fast and it runs on weak, old and budget machines. Works on Windows 10 and 11.
