TripleV allows researchers to explore viral genomic samples in a comparative framework to discern interesting variations in epitopes or other relevant genomic features. TripleV was founded on rigorous visual principles focusing on three levels of ascending resolution. This three tiered approach guides the user to the most informative and revealing sites on each level of the viral visualization. Sorting and grouping based on meta-data from the samples allows users to quickly investigate correlations and associations. Summary information based on the samples is dynamically calculated to quickly hone in on variable or invariable regions.
Our goal is to enable scientists to interact with their data. The explorative nature allows researchers to investigate changes in the genome over several time points, between patients, geographical locations, or other relevant categories.
