    TDS software Scope: After creating Inputs data of transformer, software create detailed inputs according to data base setups that included in .Software creates total Practical Variants that Satisfies Limits and orders of User. This limit defines as setups for software according to workshop limits or other matters. Created variants, can be sorted by very parameters that generated by software like TOC (Total ownership cost), Weight of core, weight of total transformer, Height of transformer, losses;. Local target for TOC in windings is ( A*Gcu + C*PK + E * Gpsp + F*Gpap ) and local Target for TOC in core is (B*Gfe + D*P0 ) . After sorting, the best design can be choice by user as final design . Out put of soft ware includes a lot of information about details of transformer that may be quoted to customer. This software creates transformer designs from 2MVA till 600MVA (in single and 1800MVA in three phases) and 0.4KV to 750KV. Summary of capabilities: 1. All type of transformers such as separate winding, auto and multi-winding, Furnace, Multi-limb transformers can be designed. 2. Designing of Single or three-phase transformer with multiple core construction (3/0, 3/2, 2/0, etc.) is possible. 3. Off-Circuit as well as On-Load Tap changing type for each Terminals. 4. All tap-changing system such as Bridge, Linear, Reverse, Coarse-Fine system 5. Any winding arrangement in radial direction. 6. Any winding types: Layer, Disk, Helical, IL and other special types for regulating windings and also any user defined type can be designed. 7. Optimization variants of design by considering TOC (Total Ownership Cost) and also any user defined. In this software optimization done in two steps: 1) Automatic analyzing step: software in step 1 of automatic analyzing find best cooling channels position inside core for best temperature distribution in every variant in different parts of core stack between two axial cooling channels of core.2) Automatic analyzing step: software in step 2 of automatic analyzing find best wire, turn of windings , width of windings , Height of windings ,Losses,... for TOC calculation. 8. All load combination modes are creating automatically by software and all related parameters such as losses, temperatures, Active and reactive magnetic field, Hot spots etc, could be calculate automatically . 9. All one and three phase short circuit modes and related results such as forces, line and phase currents, voltages , currant angle, etc in transformer and feeding and loading transition lines can be calculated automatically by software. Also NGR parameters can be checkered by these tools of software for evaluating of Neutral BIL. 10. All connection modes of tap windings to main windings in different tap position create automatically for Calculation of Impedance Voltages between all Terminals in all Tap positions. 11. Eddy losses of tank and yoke beams, pressing plates and other metal parts could be calculated in any load mode by magnetic field method. 12. Short circuit forces in any short circuit modes with depended results such as inner and outer forces, forces on clamping plate and end supports, number of radial and axial supports , workshop forces , and also tensions in any part of windings and supports and etc could be calculated. 13. Automatic check of input values for not defined or mistakes with full guide for user to recheck it. 14. Automatic check and filtering and sorting output results in text and graph modes according to user defined criteria.( for example if desired Impedance voltage in a connection mode be very low or very high and software couldn't reach any result automatically , this graph show 100% filtering for this.) 15. Calculation of inrush current in any terminal with depended parameters such as damping time, pick and effective current in any switching angle, etc. 16. Auto analyze windings connection to create desired Vector Group and define best choose for position of end leads of windings. 17. Over loading guide calculation for normal cyclic loading and long time emergency loading acc. to IEC 60354 and related results such Minimum rest time ,ageing rate , K1 ,K2 , etc. 18. Auto suggestion of tap changer class for one and three phase transformer with graphical guide for connection of windings to tap changer. 19. Series and parallel connection Parts of windings: all Windings Could be Connected in Series parts on Different limbs or parallel parts on Different limbs or Series parts on same limbs or parallel parts on same limbs. 20. Segment base calculation for sub programs and exact calculation: Software automatically create segments corresponding to windings for exact calculation in short circuit forces, eddy losses of windings, etc. 21. Library analyzing: Library analyzing of Transformer is a very powerful and Flexible tool for Refining and doing more calculation for automatic based designs. 22. Add or remove user for user list with Personal password for each user. This tool is included for security and signing design by user. 23- any kind of oil field transformer like GENERATOR STEP-UP (GSU), Step down transformer, AUXILIARY (UAT), STATION SERVICE (SST),TRANSFORMERS, Mobile transformers, Very High current transformers , …
