TradingView MCP Bridge connects an AI coding assistant to a locally running TradingView Desktop application. It communicates through the Chrome DevTools Protocol and exposes chart controls through MCP tools and a command-line interface. The assistant can navigate symbols and timeframes, inspect indicator values, capture screenshots, draw annotations, manage alerts, and configure multi-pane layouts. Pine Script workflows include writing, injecting, compiling, debugging, and iterating on scripts from natural-language requests. Replay controls allow users to step through historical bars for analysis and practice. Processing remains on the local machine, and the tool requires an installed TradingView Desktop application with legitimate account access. It does not execute trades, and its reliance on undocumented internal interfaces means application updates may affect compatibility.
