Most tools run entirely on your device: you pick a file, it is processed locally, and it never leaves your computer. PDF: edit, merge, split, compress, sign, redact, fill forms, convert to and from Office formats. Images: resize, crop, compress, convert, upscale, remove backgrounds. Plus text, developer, SEO and calculator tools.
Free, no account needed. Installs without administrator rights and updates itself.
Not code signed, so SmartScreen warns on first run: choose More info, then Run anyway. Each release folder has a README with that installer's SHA256.
