This is a funcional application for Windows for your Telegram Bot.
To create your own bot you must register new bot by BotFather bot in Telegram. BotFather will give you unique Autch code that will be used in this application.

- Posting random pictures from your local folders to your chat by command
- Posting random pictures - one in specified time(if chat is silence)
