   The idea is coming from a guy who write a .py program for the ted subtitle. I just move this .py program to the C# and then you can download the TED talk subtitle in your windows OS.
   This program downloads the subtitle form www.ted.com and convert it to the SRT format. If you want to download multi files one by one automaticly, you can use the GetAllaSubtitle.bat, just modify this BATCH.
 
  Usage
    TEDSubtitleHunter [talk ID] [language code]

      [talk ID] It's from URL of ted.com website.
                For example, the 744 in below URL is the talk ID.
                http://www.ted.com/talks/download/video/8436/talk/744

      [language code] the language code for the subtitle.
