(1) Compatibility: This release only includes some minor adjustments to make it compatible to SeqAn version 2.0.0. This is your SoftSV version of choice, if you use this SeqAn release. Before that, SoftSV only worked with SeqAn versions <= 1.3.1.
(2) The functionality of SoftSV did not change.
