It is a screensaver showing several Koch Snowflakes falling in the form of a snowfall with blue background. It was made using Javascript by Sehej Kaw of Paramarsh Informatics.

Note: The .zip file contains the screensaver file (.scr). Right-click on it and then click on "Install" to install it as Windows Screensaver.
