SkyMedia File Explorer is a free file manager for Windows Phone developed under the CDDL license. there is one problem: it requires your Lumia to be interop unlocked. on how to do that, you flash your phone to the latest OS it supports, you feed the ROM you used into WPInternals alongside an engineering SBL3 and the folder with the .mbn and .hex for your phone, then click unlock. wait a few moments and the phone's bootloader security will be busted. then you enable root access and while the phone is still in mass storage mode you edit the SOFTWARE hive of the phone's registry to the following values: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\SecurityManager\DeveloperUnlock\DeveloperUnlockState:1, HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\AppModelUnlock\AllowAllTrustedApps:1 and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\DeviceReg\Install\MaxUnsignedApp:0xFFFFFF. restart your phone. boom! you should be able to install SkyMedia File Explorer!
