  • Sounds good, doesn't work. Features are kinda there but implemented poorly. Scanning folders for installers is "flat": SIH simply adds all installers found in folder to the list. It doesn't check for duplicates, i.e. if you scan a folder twice you'll have all its contents twice. There's no creating a directory list and then re-scanning it. Installers found can be saved to a file - which is a nice exporting feature, but what baffles me is that evvery time you load the app you have to load the app list manually. You also have to save each change manually. In other words there's no database building, everything is designed as quick and effortless from programming POV as posssible. Then there are just straitforward bugs. For each installer you can specify a set of launch parameters and a set of keystroke emulations - which is nice in itself, BUT: is keystroke emulation commands are present, the launch params wouldn't work. Another bummer is support. Keystroke emulations are present in form of {tab}, {enter} commands. The problem is, these are just the two examples that are given. There's no reference for this, and if I want to use a keystroke I have to guess it by trial, is it {uparrow} or {arrowup}. Incidentally what about mouse keys? Would've been good if this was on GitHub.
  • Does what it says it does. Brilliant. Very useful tool.
  • The idea is excellent, but how to use it? Well, I added the files to the installation, but there's no point, since I'm pushing it myself anyway.
  • Very nice software. Easy and simple. If you are looking for a complete IDE for batch files see Batch Compiler (batch-compiler) Compiles BAT to EXE, Freeware. Real compiling + Draw graphics with Advance Commands!
  • need password for the file downloaded
  • How ignorant are you guys? You would think that a user that was seeking silent installations would understand that the process could be used maliciously. It is very common for trustworthy software that could be used in a malicious way to have hits on AV and Virus Total. Normally the author would say this in the info and not the comment section, but whatever. Next time you freak out like a baby contact the administration of SF and don't down comment the author.

  • Version 2.9.0.1 (2016-03-18) still detected as virus in VirusTotal, also there's a suspicious text file named "adware.txt" that contains a list of antivirus and antiadware programs. I wouldn't trust the developer.
  • Both Chrome and Windows blocked this as malicious software and would not allow me to download it... Edit: Just downloaded the exe on a linux server and ran it through virustotal... it appears to be filled with trojans. Beware.
