A simple backup utility that is ideal for carrying out general day-to-day backup tasks.

This is the first *possibly* useful program that I've released to the internet to date. So I ask you to please mind any bugs, and to report them below!

Features

Perform simple backup tasks with an intuitive interface.
Select and backup invidual folders of different types of media (Documents, Pictures, Music and Video).
Select and backup up to 6 individual files.
Pick a destination to copy the select files to, or use the default.
