The docs posted are good for configuration. The docs that are non-existant are how to build scribe. Scribe has dependencies on boost, thrift and FB303. Building with the most recent versions of all these libraries failed when I tried it. Downgrading a library to an earlier version will fix one dependencies but typically breaks another. There is no dependency checking and no documentation giving the recommended versions.

Documentation is nonexistent, and developers seem uninterested in supplying documentation.
