RootlessJamesDSP

RootlessJamesDSP brings the JamesDSP audio-processing engine to Android devices without requiring root access. It uses libjamesdsp to apply system-wide audio effects to apps whose playback can be captured by Android. Compatible services include YouTube, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, Deezer, Poweramp, Twitch, Apple Music, and others. Some applications block internal audio capture and therefore cannot be processed normally. The approach may introduce additional audio latency and can conflict with other Android audio-effect applications. The project has been tested across several Android versions and devices. Its main purpose is to provide advanced DSP processing to users who cannot or do not want to modify their devices with root access.
