Psysonic is a free, open-source desktop music player designed for self-hosted music libraries, particularly Navidrome servers. Inspired by Winamp, it combines a modern interface with fast navigation and advanced audio controls. The software supports multiple Subsonic-compatible servers and unifies their libraries into one collection. Users can stream music, download tracks for offline listening, and manage smart playlists. Its audio engine provides loudness normalization, equalization, and content-aware crossfading. Psysonic also supports synchronized group listening, lyrics, and Last.fm integration. Additional capabilities include local audio analysis, community themes, and music discovery tools. Built with Tauri, Rust, and React, it is available for Windows, macOS, and Linux.
