pstack is an opinionated collection of coding-agent workflows ported from Lauren Tan’s original Cursor skill stack to several other agent environments. It supports Claude Code, Codex, Pi, OpenCode, Gemini CLI, Prime Agent, and skills-only installations. The main poteto-mode entry point selects an appropriate workflow based on the requested development task. Specialized skills cover debugging, architecture, codebase investigation, refactoring, performance work, planning, pull requests, and shipping. Some workflows delegate work to multiple agents, compare competing solutions, or inspect a change from several perspectives. Model defaults and reasoning effort can be configured by role. The project runs locally, has no telemetry server, and tracks upstream skills while maintaining documented policy forks.
