POAMS

This database will track all current and past projects, their individual activities, user responsibilities, notes, and other important project functions. It is designed for small to medium sized projects for smaller organizations with a limited budget such as non-profits. Activities will also be created by importing XML/CSV from other project management software such as OpenProject.

Report views such as project completion will be a function of total project activities completed. For smaller groups there is an embedded SQLite database that comes with the program. However, the program can be easily modified to work with MySQL or Oracle 11g. Please feel free to request these SQL scripts as they have been created and tested. The front end will be a basic java desktop application which can be easily distribute from the network. It can be distributed via a signed JNLP.
