The DOS version of PLMake 1.0x can use PCMerge for pointlist format conversions. It is included here for reference.

PCMerge converts a pointlist from the FIDOUSER.LST format to the extended St. Louis format. There are two flavours, the XLAX style and FDPOINT.PVT style. PCMERGE can handle both formats. Source and OS/2 executable are included.
