13 September 2020- Marcus Dean Adams (gerowen@pm.me) - Created a .desktop file to use in Linux application menus. - Created a DEB package for easily installing the app on Linux systems. - Created a Windows installer with Py2exe and Innosetup - Added an icon file - Changed save location of results files to current users's profile directory - Changed some variable names to account for the new save location and behavior - Changed some "is" comparative statements to "==" because it's more appropriate for comparing strings in this case. - Set pingtargs to "None" at the beginning of the block that handles choosing your own file with a list of targets. Everything was working properly, but to me it looked like it shouldn't because that variable had previously been given a value, so if the user clicked "Cancel", the program shouldn't have been exiting, but it was. Since that block is part of an if statement that doesn't affect the rest of the program, I explicitly set it to "None" to make sure some weird edge case wouldn't cause it to lose its brain and not exit properly if the user selected "Cancel".
