Perceptron is a video feedback engine with a variety of extraordinary graphical effects. Perceptron is an endless flow of transforming visuals.
Perceptron
* recursively transforms images and video streams in realtime and produces a combination of Julia fractals, IFS fractals, and chaotic patterns due to video feedback
* evolves geometric patterns into the realm of infinite details and deepens the thought
* records animations (movies)
* saves and opens presets (state files)
* loads user photographs or captures screen and webcam input
* has user interface based on multiple mouse cursors, and almost the entire keyboard
* has multiple windows and fullscreen mode
* takes complex geometric transforms as input
* applies numerous coloring techniques
* smoothly transforms fractals and creates endless psychedelic journeys
* resonates with the human perception

I used perceptron for a live video performance in a techno party. It performs great on a debian ryzen7 laptop. Thank you so much!Reply from Perceptron

OK, I'm not a normal user, I suppose. But the program tries to install a bunch of stuff in my Documents directory. Unfortunately it does this as the SYSTEM process. Why matter? Docdir is on home server, so SYSTEM comes across as guest user w/no access anywhere. :-( Tried playing with Samba in several ways to get it to allow the install, but nooooo. I gave low rating solely for the fact that this is one of the first installers for a program that didn't allow me to specify where to install it, or its' user files. If it had gone for my home directory <Users/me>, that would have worked, but I put all my docs on my linux server. No way to install this in another location. It looked like an interesting program. Too bad it's locked itself out of being tried by only installing in a fixed (unavailable for the win installer) directory. :-(Reply from Perceptron
