Very useful and well organized.

I got most of my icons (for my non-commercial library webpage) off of openiconlibrary.sourceforge.net/gallery2/ which is no longer hosting icons; the icons have been made available only as an archived zip file. However, you can still find most of the icons ( accessed 8/7/2014) at easyicon.net/language.en/iconsearch/author:openiconlibrary

Useful, but vector source files (SVG, EPS, etc.) sadly missing for many icons.
